At Autel Robotics, we stand behind the quality of our drones and imaging technology; if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, functional condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team or visit our online service portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Prepare and Package

  Securely pack your drone, batteries, and accessories in the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the device is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and flight log data, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
